Hours of Operation: Tuesdays from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Location: Located on the main level in the Respiratory Therapy Department, next to the Diagnostic Imaging registration desk.

Woodstock Hospital is proud to offer specialized nephrology services closer to home through our new Outpatient Nephrology Clinic. This clinic is a welcomed addition to our on-site satellite dialysis clinic, reflecting our commitment to improving access to specialized care within the community.

Referral Information

Access to the clinic is by physician referral. If you believe you could benefit from the services outlined below, please speak with your primary care provider or specialist to complete a referral.

The clinic offers comprehensive metabolic workups and medical management for a range of kidney-related conditions, including:

• Renal stones
• Clinically significant and persistent electrolyte disorders
• Suspected hereditary kidney disease (e.g., polycystic kidney disease)
• Assistance with medication management following acute kidney injury
• Diabetes management for patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD)
• Cardiorenal medication management

These services aim to address both immediate and long-term kidney health needs, ensuring timely and effective care.
